Figure Skating Off-Ice Class

Chow Ying will be conducting Off-Ice classes for figure skaters. Off-ice classes will build the strength, endurance, speed and power that is necessary for optimal performance on ice. We will also incorporate off-ice exercises for jumps and spins.
